PROCESSING TIME
Every Aromas & Flamitas piece is handmade in Montreal.
- Items in stock ship within 1–2 business days.
- Made-to-order items ship within 2–3 business days.
During the holiday season, processing may take a little longer. We will always let you know if there is a delay.

WHERE WE SHIP
We currently ship within Canada and to the United States.

DELIVERY TIMES (after your order ships)
- Quebec: 1–3 business days
- Rest of Canada: 3–7 business days
- United States: 5–10 business days
Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

FREE LOCAL MEETUP IN MONTREAL
Live in Montreal? Choose "Local Delivery" at checkout — it’s free. We will contact you to arrange a convenient time to meet at a public place near you, such as a café.

TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

CHRISTMAS ORDERS
To receive your order before Christmas, we recommend ordering by December 12 for Canada and December 8 for the United States.

DUTIES AND TAXES (UNITED STATES)
Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to import duties or taxes, which are the customer's responsibility.

DAMAGED PACKAGES
Our candles are carefully packed, but accidents happen. If your order arrives damaged, please see our Refund Policy and contact us within 7 days.

WRONG ADDRESS
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
